TEMPLATE DESIGN
I developed templates for use in retail marketing to ensure consistent branding and design aesthetics across many products. In conjunction with the templates were content boilerplates. These were used for maintaining consistent messaging and content across all channels.
SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT
TRACKING/STORAGE
Using FileMaker, I developed a project management system that tracked status, deliverable and print requirements for over 36,000 items. Also using FileMaker, I developed a system to assign item part numbers for easier filing and retrieval. A secondary system I developed was used to track what graphics, displays and products were present at a store level. This facilitated a proactive process for replacing assets when product lines were updated.

ASSET MANAGEMENT
NetX is a digital asset management system that can be customized to manage photos, illustrations and other marketing files. I maintain this system, which currently has over 175,000 assets. I developed many processes for the JELD-WEN creative group, including how to submit new assets to the system and check-in/check-out procedures for updates. I also developed an external portal for use by outside dealers. To speed up and simplify portal registration and requests, I partially automated select processes.
